SHENANDOAH MUSIC MAINTENANCE PLAN:  The Shenandoah Music Maintenance Plan (SMMP) covers certain repairs at no charge to you unless the damage is due to your willful act or negligence, in which case Shenandoah Music, Inc.'s standard repair rates apply. The SMMP does not include damage to finishes, cosmetic damage to cases, case feet, string breakage (after the first 14 days of rental), reeds, drum sticks and mallets, heads, bow hair, rosin, brass and woodwind mouthpiece loss, neck straps, ligature loss and caps. Mouthpiece and ligature, included with instrument at time of rental, is covered upon presentation of the broken part. All repairs must be done by a Shenandoah Music, Inc.-approved technician. If Lessee subscribes to the SMMP, Lessee is not responsible for the $75.00 Maintenance Fee upon return of the instrument UNLESS YOU ARE RETURNING DURING THE THREE (3) MONTH TRIAL RENTAL PERIOD, IN WHICH CASE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE $75.00 MAINTENANCE FEE.  YOU CAN CHOOSE THE SMMP WHEN THIS AGREEMENT IS INITIATED. YOU CANNOT ADD IT LATER. THE SMMP MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE ON ALL TYPES OF INSTRUMENTS. THE SMMP IS VOID IF PAYMENTS ARE PAST DUE.
